Ana Paula Domínguez

Founder and President of the Mexican Yoga Institute A.C.

Ana Paula Domínguez studied International Relations at the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) and is the mother of an 8 year old son. She is founder and President of the Mexican Yoga Institute A.C. (www.yoga.mx). She is a consultant and wellness expert.

She is certified instructor in Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga and meditation. She studied Ayurveda (Indian Medicine System based on how to have well-being), in the U.S. and India, under the guidance of Dr. Vasant Lad.

She is the author of the books:

• Yoga for happiness, health and other things.

• The map of happiness.

• Mom I love you Zen (co-authored with Lourdes Botello).

Creator of the National Yoga Meeting in Mexico, that this year will have its 14th edition and the event for moms, Mother's Day, all about raising your children

She is a consultant for the Wellness Week event in Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit and Grand Velas Cabo San Lucas.

He has participated in 3 editions of the Punta Mita Beach Festival in St. Regis Punta Mita. She has taught yoga in the 3 editions of the Global Wellness Day in St. Regis Mexico City. Ana Paula collaborates with the welfare section of the radio with Javier Poza and has been collaborating for magazines like Nat Geo Traveler, Travesias and Newsweek.

Currently conducting the "Living Healthy" program that is transmitted in the Educational Television and the health section in the news program "México al día" (Channel 22) that is transmitted fortnightly. She is a radio announcer and served as Corporate Communications Manager in CIE, Inter-American Entertainment Corporation.
